Mitch Bhatia
Founder & Managing Partner
Mitch Bhatia is a seasoned finance executive, CPA (inactive), and founder of Route One Advisory. With experience across manufacturing, wholesale distribution, consumer products, and DTC, Mitch has supported businesses at every stage — from scrappy startups to established middle-market companies.
He previously built and led his own CPA firm, helping business owners clean up their books, improve reporting, and make smarter financial decisions. Mitch also served as CFO and COO for a global streetwear skateboarding company, where he brought operational discipline and financial clarity during a time of rapid growth and transition.
He founded Route One to deliver what many growing companies need most: real finance leadership, without the overhead of a full in-house team. Today, Mitch works alongside founders and operators to provide clean books, trusted oversight, and actionable insights — all with calm, practical execution.
Dean Golder, MBA

Dean Golder is a strategic finance leader and growth advisor with deep experience supporting entrepreneurs, private equity firms, and middle-market companies. As Route One’s Partner overseeing business development and client solutions, Dean leads with a solutions-first mindset—ensuring every engagement is aligned, focused, and designed to deliver results.
Dean has successfully raised multiple rounds of financing and led a full-cycle exit for a fast-growing digital media company. He excels at identifying operational pain points and building the financial infrastructure needed to support scale, transition, or recapitalization. Known for his energy, follow-through, and strategic clarity, Dean is often the first call when a business needs to reset and move fast.
Sidharth Dugar
Partner, Financial Operations & Offshore Delivery
Sidharth Dugar is a Chartered Accountant, MBA, and operational finance leader who oversees Route One’s India-based delivery platform. With deep expertise in accounting systems, tax compliance, and virtual CFO services, Sid leads the execution engine that powers Route One’s back-office excellence.
Sid has supported clients across a range of industries — including e-commerce, consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, SaaS, and professional services. His team delivers scalable, high-precision support tailored to each company’s unique operational needs.
Sid began his career at a Big 4 accounting firm, where he developed a rigorous foundation in audit, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Before joining Route One, he founded Accountables — a technology-enabled offshore firm built to deliver clean, reliable finance execution for growing businesses. He’s implemented SOPs across 20+ platforms, managed global client workflows, and ensured deadlines are met without compromise.
At Route One, Sid ensures every engagement runs cleanly, efficiently, and without surprises. His leadership provides the accuracy, structure, and calm delivery that enable clients to scale with confidence.
Jaan Bhatia
President
Jaan Bhatia is a senior executive and advisor with deep expertise in building and scaling global consumer brands. As President of a leading consumer brand, he led enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives that delivered multiple nine-figure revenue milestones while accelerating customer acquisition, retention, and long-term brand growth. His leadership has consistently aligned brand, technology, and growth strategy to produce sustained commercial impact.
Currently, Jaan consults and advises consumer and technology brands across retail and digital markets, helping organizations scale through digital strategy, growth marketing, and organizational infrastructure. His background includes co-founding and advising startups across technology and lifestyle sectors, as well as serving in C-level roles at industry-defining companies. He is known for his ability to translate strategic vision into practical, measurable outcomes.
Jaan plays a key role in operational management, bringing hands-on expertise in building scalable systems, processes, and teams. He partners closely with leadership and clients to strengthen execution, improve operational efficiency, and ensure strategic initiatives are delivered with discipline and impact. John Dalton

John Dalton is an experienced finance and operations leader with a background spanning business development, accounting advisory, and entrepreneurship across startups and Fortune 50 companies. He has held leadership roles at organizations including AT&T, PwC, American Express, AIG, and Deloitte, leading global teams, supporting M&A due diligence, establishing shared services operations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in complex environments.
Known for his collaborative, results-driven approach, John focuses on simplifying complexity and driving sustainable improvements in efficiency and profitability. He is a CPA (inactive) with an MBA from NYU Stern and a BA from the University of Richmond.
John will oversee Route One’s client engagements, providing CFO advisory and strategic partnership support to help organizations strengthen financial foundations, scale responsibly, and execute strategic initiatives with confidence.
